Costume Colloquium Fees:
1) Participation Fee*
Reduced fee until September 10, 2010 € 470,00 (VAT included)
Full fee from September 11, 2010 € 540,00 (VAT included)
Student fee** € 320,00 (VAT included)
*Due to the capacity restraints, Costume Colloquium can accept up to 250 participants. Registration will be confirmed according to the date of arrival of the Registration form and the fee payment. An unpaid registration will not be considered as finalized.
** for student born after october 31, 1980. Proof of student status is requested
Participation Fee includes the following:
• Welcome snack/aperitif at registration upon arrival (Nov. 3rd)
• Participation in and simultaneous translation (English to Italian and Italian to English) of all Academic Sessions (8 session with 33 presentations) at Auditorium al Duomo (from Nov. 4th to 7th )
• Complimentary coffee breaks (during sessions Nov. 4th to 6th)
• Tea break (on November 6th)
• Farewell Brunch (on November 7th)
• Museum pass: entitles each participant a 2010 renewable membership to the Association Friends of the Costume Gallery, Florence and free entrance to all Florentine State Museums - Cappelle Medicee, Casa Martelli, Galleria dell'Accademia, Galleria degli Uffizi, Museo Del Bargello, Museo di San Marco, Palazzo Pitti (Galleria del Costume, Galleria Palatina, Galleria D'Arte Moderna, Museo degli Argenti), Giardino di Boboli.
• Exclusive visits and receptions as indicated in the program
• Special entries (free or reduced entrance fees) to selective venues (details to be announced)
